How much does a two-car garage cost?
At standard flake pricing of $6.50/sq ft, a 300–500 sq ft garage calculates to $1,950–$3,250. A 400 sq ft garage calculates to $2,600. These are preliminary figures, not a final quote. Concrete condition and project scope can change the total. Minimum project: $1,500.
Is the online estimate my final price?
No. It is a preliminary estimate based on the information you share. The measured area, concrete condition, existing coatings, selected finish and any additional surfaces can affect the total. We assess the site and confirm the scope before issuing your final proposal.
What does the 20-year warranty cover?
Flatix offers a 20-year warranty for residential garages, subject to concrete conditions and how the space is used. Ask the team for the written coverage, conditions and exclusions before approving your project.
How long does installation take, and when can I use my garage?
Straightforward garage installations typically take about two days. Concrete condition, preparation needs and project scope can affect the schedule. Installation and curing are separate: our team will confirm when you can walk on the floor, move belongings back and park, based on your coating system and site conditions.
What if I don’t know the square footage?
You can tell our virtual assistant approximately how many cars fit in your garage to begin the conversation. Measurements and the final scope are confirmed during assessment.
How does professional installation help my floor last?
Durability depends on the concrete, the coating system, how it is applied and how the floor is used and maintained. We assess the surface, prepare it for coating adhesion and carefully apply the selected system. This helps support long-term performance. If your concrete is older, stained or previously coated, we assess its condition before confirming the preparation required.
